My name is Banu, and The Pilates Room is my space for peace and exercise.

After managing a local studio, I decided to start offering one-to-one Pilates to those in need of rehabilitation, exercise, or even just a break from everyday stresses.

My specialties are Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates and Equipment Pilates, and I can offer programmes for everyday fitness, Pilates for neck and  back-care, osteoporosis, arthritis, scoliosis, hip and knee replacement, pre and post operation recovery and a number of other specific health needs.

I am a qualified Pilates Mat and Reformer instructor, and a Nutritional Advisor to support physical activities and offering Food Diary Plans. All of my qualifications were achieved through HFE, and are YMCA accredited courses. 

I am also a fitness tutor and assessor for HFE Education.
