One to One and Two to One
Pilates Mat

I offer one to one and two to one mat sessions, and will tailor the sessions to your personal needs. Using various bits of equipment to compliment your natural movement, these classes have a number of health benefits, especially if you are suffering from back pain or recovering from an operation.

Individual sessions are charged at £37.50 per hour and two to one sessions are £52.50 (£26.25 per person).

Tailored 6 and 12 week workout plans are available, which can be designed to include 1-3 classes per week, dependent on your needs and budget.

One to One and Two to One
Pilates Reformer

Pilates Reformer can really help improve and maintain overall fitness, with a particular focus on core strength, flexibility, balance and posture. Almost anyone can benefit from this workout, with many of my clients completing sessions whilst recovering from operations, improving longstanding back issues or even just as part of a "get fit" routine!

Individual sessions are charged at £57 per hour and two to one sessions are £82 (£41 per person)

Tailored 6 and 12 week workout plans are available, which can be designed to include 1-3 classes per week, dependent on your needs and budget.

Small Group and Pilates Circuit Sessions

Group Mat and Circuit sessions are designed for mixed abilities. Still following the Pilates Principles and focusing on concentration, flow and breathing! 

We will use small equipment for mat and the reformers for circuit sessions (balls, weights, ring etc) to make the sessions fun and energetic!

The group mat sessions are £15 per hour. 

6 and 12 week workout plans are available, which can be designed to include 1-3 classes per week. Also pay as you go option is available.



Nutrition to Support Physical Activities

The Pilates Room offers Nutrition Plans for individual needs. Weekly and Monthly Food Diaries are available after the initial consultation.  These plans are for individuals who would like to improve their health, habits and food choices along with their physical activities. 

The Nutritional Advice and a weekly plan is from £30.

GUIDED MEDITATION 

  Join Bethan for a most relaxing meditation!

Bethan will guide you while she leads you through a series of relaxing visualisations. As you gradually relax and become more and more still, stress fades away, and your mind becomes clearer and clearer.

While you are in this deeply relaxed state of mind, your subconscious is open to positive suggestions, and your guide will use this time to take you on an inner journey that is designed to improve one or more aspects of your life. For example, a guided meditation might be tailored towards personal empowerment and positive thinking. Another might focus on emotional healing or spiritual development. You might be taken on a guided journey to unleash your full potential, or you may choose to go on a guided meditation journey simply for the sheer pleasure of experiencing profoundly deep relaxation.

WEEKEND WARRIOR FLOW 

This class is a beautifully calming-but-energising yoga flow, designed to work with the breath to connect body, mind and soul!

Each week, we will work through a Vinyasa yoga sequence which will take you into a space of inner and outer flow-state.

Every Saturday Morning 08:00-09:00 

£10 per class or 10% off when pre-booking a block of 4 classes together

SOULFUL SUNDAY FLOW

Join Bethan in a beautiful, mind-body-soul nourishing Soulful Sunday Yoga Flow Class - mindful movement using the breath as an anchor, all to a beautiful soul music soundtrack!

These sessions are in 4 week blocks to allow the opportunity for a lie-in between class blocks!

Classes will be bookended with calming meditation and will offer time for some guided journaling at the end, too, if you so wish.

First block starting Sunday 12th May for 4 weeks  10:00 - 11:00 

£10 per class or a block of 4 for 10% discount

 

YIN YOGA CLASSES

Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses.

Energetically, Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. To be healthy, we need healthy organs as well as healthy muscles. Yin yoga also offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits.

TAI CHI QIGONG SHIBASHI

I took my first Tai Chi class in 2019, and loved it! Wanting to find out
more I researched Tai Chi QiGong Shibashi and began to experience the
benefits of regular practice by following the Tai Chi, Qigong & Feng Shui
Institute’s online instructional resources. To improve my practice I
attended their residential training course and qualified as a Level 1 Tai
Chi Qigong Instructor in 2021.
I’ve been working in Higher Education since 2000 and am passionate
about education, however, it took time for me to connect my passion for
teaching with my own Tai Chi QiGong journey. In 2022 an amazing friend
organised a wellbeing festival and asked if I would lead a session on Tai
Chi QiGong. So many said how much better they felt afterwards. After
holding sessions at several festivals, I began running weekly sessions
online and then later ran in person classes.
I developed a beginners programme of sessions which participants report
to be fun, build confidence and leave them feeling empowered to
experience the benefits of their own TaiChi Qigong practice.


I enjoy sharing the benefits of Tai Chi Qigong at Holistic House, Skipton.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

WITH

(Every Friday starting from 22nd March 7pm)

Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Using props like bolsters, blocks and blankets to allow the body to be held in  comfortable supported positions.

We will travel though 4-6 postures, holding them for 10-15 mins sometimes longer to allow your body and mind to relax. We will also work with our breathe and there may be some guided mediation. Gentle music may be played.
